Not at all! I am a fully mobile service. I come directly to your home or office, so you don't have to worry about unplugging cables or lugging heavy equipment around.

Absolutely. With a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, data privacy is my top priority. I follow strict security protocols to ensure your personal information remains confidential and protected throughout the repair or setup process.

What if you can't fix the problem?

I pride myself on a transparent "No Fix, No Fee and only consultation Fee" policy for most software-related issues. If I find a hardware fault that requires a specialist part I don't carry, I will advise you on the best and most cost-effective next steps.

How much do you charge?

My services start from a flat rate of £35. This covers the call-out and the initial diagnostic/labor. If the job is more complex, I will always provide a clear quote before any additional work begins.
